July 31, 2014 - Argentum Silver Corp. (ASL: TSX-V) ("Argentum" or the "Company") announces that Ben Whiting and Andrew Thomson have resigned from the board of directors of Argentum. The Board wishes to thank them both for their contributions to the Company's development.

Option Cancellation

The Company also reports that former CEO & director Warren McIntyre has agreed to the voluntary cancellation of all 1,450,000 stock options currently issued to him.
